Manual Therapy
Manual therapy for temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction includes mobilization, manipulation, and massage techniques. These methods aim to reduce pain, relieve muscle tension, and improve joint mobility. Therapy can be combined with stretching and relaxation exercises to restore normal TMJ function and reduce discomfort.

Headache Therapy
Headache therapy involves approaches such as physical therapy, manual therapy, massage, dry needling, and relaxation techniques. These aim to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce stress, factors that contribute to headaches. Therapy may also include stretching exercises, breathing techniques, and education for effective symptom management.
Physical therapy
Physical therapy is a form of physical therapy that uses exercise to treat and rehabilitate various conditions. Its goal is to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Through a personalized exercise program, physical therapy helps recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, promoting overall health and optimal function.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique that uses fine needles to stimulate myofascial trigger points, i.e. tense muscle knots. This helps reduce pain and muscle tension, improving mobility and function. Unlike acupuncture, dry needling is based on the principles of Western medicine and is often used in physiotherapy to treat musculoskeletal problems.
