Recently, I had the pleasure of delivering two courses in Cluj-Napoca, one of the most beautiful and dynamic cities in Romania. The first course, held from September 27-29, was dedicated to the basic module in Dry Needling . This course was attended by 35 physiotherapists from all over the country, and their training pleasantly surprised me from the very beginning. I was impressed by the enthusiasm and level of knowledge of the participants, which facilitated an extremely productive exchange of ideas.

This was followed by the Advanced Upper Body Module , which I taught together with Diego Leoni, my fellow instructor at the David G. Simons Academy, from September 30 to October 1. This course was an opportunity not only to deepen knowledge, but also to collaborate at the highest level. The participants, already very well prepared, showed exemplary interest and dedication, which turned the entire experience into a real pleasure.
Another aspect that impressed me was the hospitality I felt at every step. Although many of the 24 participants came from a distance to attend these courses, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. We had the opportunity to spend quality time together, not only in the classroom, but also outside of it, forming new connections and opening up new opportunities for collaboration.

These meetings were not only an opportunity to exchange professional experiences, but also moments of socialization that helped us get to know each other better and lay the foundation for future collaborations, both in research and in other joint projects.
Cluj , a vibrant and lively city, was the perfect host for these intense days. The cosmopolitan atmosphere and positive energy of the city perfectly complemented the professional experience. I also cannot fail to mention the excellent food – every meal was a true culinary experience, and the restaurants in Cluj exceeded our expectations.

In conclusion, these courses were not only an opportunity to share knowledge, but also to build relationships and enjoy an extraordinary city. I can't wait to return to Cluj and continue collaborating with the wonderful professionals I met here.
